Indonesia Nickelodoen Kids' Choice Awards 2009

Do you guys still remember about the award which is by and special for the kids in Indonesia Kids choice Awards last year? Yup! This year, Indonesia Kids Choice Awards 2009 is back with the tag line 'It's time for the kids to vote again'. This year, the awarding who the winners are voted by the kids will be held and shown by Global TV from Tennis indoor Senayan on July 23rd 2009 at 07.00 PM, Live!

As last year, Indonesia Kids Choice Awards 2009 is the only one award that gives the opportunity to the kids to deliver their creative and aspiration to vote their idol. In this opportunity, the kids will vote and determine their favourite actor, actress, singer, band, group/duo, host/presenter, athlete, and cartoon show, who the nominees are determined by the research of R&D Global TV team and the datas from Ac Nielsen.

This 2009, Indonesia Kids Choice Awards will use the “Playground Adventure” theme. this fun theme is also as the trendsetter for the kids to do more exercise outside their home or with the environment, because beside it makes the kids healthy, exercise outside can also increase the creativity and motorist ability. Beside that, this kinda game is more fun if we compare it with the home-game which are dominated by technology. and to present all of those, at the annual night, there will be a lot of cool games like flying fox, climbing and giant slide. And of course the slime rain (Nick's green sticky liquid) will make the kids wet at the end of the show.

For the nominees themselves, our treasures are in the list of the nominees such as our Indonesian Superwoman, Luna Maya, gets two nominees as The Most Favourite Actress and The Most Favourite Presenter. FYI, Luna also got The Most Favourite Actress in Indonesia Kids' Choice Awards 2008 last year. Meanwhile, Peterpan (Indonesian band who the vocalist -Ariel- is Luna's boyfriend also gets The Most Favourite Band nominee compete with ST 12, Ungu and hijau daun. In The Most Favourite Female Singer category, Rossa, Agnes Monica, Bunga Citra Lestari and Gita Gutawa have to compete harder to win the title because each of them are so eligible and so do for Afgan, Ello, Derby Romero and Vidi Aldiano in The Most Favourite Male Singer category. In The Most Favourite Presenter category, the best friend ROL (Raffi Ahmad, Olga Syahputra and Luna Maya) have to forget their friendship for a while and compete to go home with the title of The Most Favourite Presenter Indonesia Kids' Choice Awards 2009. We think that the winner will be so close remembering their ability and popularity in hosting their show, Dahsyat.

The forbidden love of Luna Maya

Her name is always connected to Ariel. Luna said that her ‘eternal dishonesties’ are bag and shoes.

Who don’t know Luna Maya? Her beautiful face always appears in Dahsyat Music Show (RCTI), advertisements and also magazine’s pages. Luna is busy about her newest stripping TV serial titled Dewi right now and she is ready to promote her upcoming movie, Selasih Janda Kembang.
“Every day I wake up at 07.00, start working at 09.00 and usually finish at midnight. I want to earn a lot of money and save it. So that I can be relax at the age of 30” said Luna. There are two teasers that can’t be refused by Luna. The charm of branded bag and shoes are too shining for her.

About your most expensive shoes and your branded bag collection?
Hermes bags (the price is more than 10 million Rupiahs). The colour is orange, so the colour is same with the colour of Hermes. My branded bag collection is about 15. I had been glad to collect the branded bags since 2004. My first branded bag was Gucci. These days, I’m really crazy about Chanel and Bottega Veneta. I like the light of Bottega and the fancy models of Chanel.

The bag that you are hunting?
Louis Vitton, that is worn by Madonna, the Kalahari model (the price is >Rp.40million). So, I am saving my money right now. If I buy expensive shoes, I usually pay for some period of time to my favourite shop. I usually pay for 4-5 times. So, I seldom buy it abroad. I think about the money if I should pay cash.
What are you doing with your old bags?
If I really like it, I will keep it, just like my classic U 55 Chanel. The rest, I will sell them to the shops. If they don’t buy them, I will give them to my friends.

You are a shoe lover too, aren’t you?
Yup. Used to be I have about 100 pairs of shoes. Because I always move, so the half of them I gave to my friend and family. Not all of them are expensive branded. But I’m so crazy about Christian Louboutin (she has more than 5 pairs) and Giuseppe Zanotti. But I wear them for special occasions. I prefer Mellisa’s wedges for my daily activities.

Have you found your true love?
(laughing). I don’t know. If I have a husband, so I can talk about it. If still dating, so nobody knows.


If you had loved somebody, are the types of person who can do everything for him, include waiting?
One thing for sure is, if I want to wait for him, it means that I have a feeling. I’m kinda person who follow my feeling.

So you back again to Ariel Peterpan right now?
My focus is only for him right now.

Your opinion about bad boys?
I’m usually curious, is it right about what people said? But sometimes there is a man who looks so bad boy but the fact is his heart is so kind.

Although Luna Maya is busy to take shot for Music Chart show in one of the TV channel everyday, this woman who was born in August 26th 1983 wanted to be ‘kidnapped’ by CC to cover photo session. We think, Luna will weak because of tired – but she is not! This beautiful lady was so excited to response CC interview.



TO THE LIMIT!
“Although a lot of people know me right now, I don’t mine if I start again from the beginning. For example when I receive a job to become the host of Dahsyat!. People ask about my decision at that time because they think that show is not ‘classy’. But I want to improve my ability until the limit that people think am not able.
“After few month in Dahsyat!, I found a new family and friends. Olga and Raffi are not just my friends in front of the screen, but also behind the screen. It’s not including my interview with Hillary Clinton. Maybe I won’t get those experience if I’m not in Dahsyat!.
“I also trust my intuition. All of works and businesses that I done are usually based on feeling. Another example when I became the model for ST12 Music Video. The band is getting bigger, isn’t it?”


CAFÉ + CLOTHING LINE + BARBER SHOP
“Beside look for money in entertainment, I also interest in business as my future investment. I have two cafés in Bandung, my own clothing line, and last is barber shop at Kemang. For clothing line, in the future, I want the stuff is more different than before, not only jeans and t-shirt.
“Now, I have a plan to start a business that correlated with education in Bali. I choose Bali because my friend ask me. I think it would be nice if I have something in my own ‘house’ – I am from Bali.”


CARE TO THE ENVIRONMENT
“I like to join the social activity. I’m still active campaigning as the ambassador of World Food Programme. For me, this kind of activity is fun eventough I don’t get any material. The satisfaction is different. Eventough I don’t do much, at least I feel something and don’t just think about myself.
“I also worry about the environment problem. As long as I can, I won’t eat in the restaurant that use plate or saucer from paper. I think it’s just throwing paper.
“Another real activity, I use like plant supplement for my car. With that oil, I don’t just decrease the emission, but also decrease my fuel until 30%. Usually when I fill my fuel it can survive until three days, now it can until survive ubtil four days.”


LUNA’S BEAUTIFUL HAIR’S SECRET
“I am a person who don’t really care about my performance. I also seldom go to the barber shop. If I have spare time, I prefer to relax at home than barber shop.
“Because I seldom go to the barber shop, I do my hair treatment at home. I choose shampoo and conditioner that can make my hair smooth and fabulous without extra attention. I just wash my hair twice a continued with conditioner. But the result is really smooth when I touch it, fabulous and make me confident to run the activities. But when I feel dirty, I can do it every day. Beside that, I like to buy masker, serum, or hair conditioner to extension hair treatment.”

The biggest question is : Why don't Sunsilk ask Luna to star this TVC with Ariel? Don't you think it's gonna be perfect if both of them are starred in same TVC?

12th Annual Night Panasonic Awards 2009

12^th Panasonic Award, the most prestigious award for Indonesian television industry had been celebrated at Friday, March 27^th 2009!!!

The show was hosted by our treasures Raffi Ahmad and Olga Syahputra. Firstly, The show was opened by one of our treasure, Raffi Ahmad who was look so handsome in his outfit, after presenting the shows that is popular in some channel like Dunia Dalam Berita – TVRI and Termehek-mehek – Trans TV and after that Olga Syahputra come in front of the stage to accompany Raffi. In the middle of Dahsyat – RCTI presentation, Raffi Ahmad and Olga Syahputra ask Luna Maya to come to the stage and join with them to host the show for some minutes.

Indonesian vice president Mr. H. Jusuf Kalla and his wife Mrs. Hj. Mufidah Kalla also attended the annual celebration at that night. A lot of musicians, bands, and singers also entertained the audiences and the viewers at that night. Vidi Alviano, Joeniar Arief, Afgan Syahreza and Kamga Tangga were collaborate to sing a beautiful medley songs from their single with their golden voices. Beside them there were also Hijau Daun, Tangga, Bunga Citra Lestari, etc.

Olga Syahputra, maybe became the celebrity who got the centre of the attention at that historical night. Being a presenter is not enough for Olga. The first time he nominated in Panasonic Award, he got two categories in the same time. The first category is The Most Favourite Music/Variety Show Presenter (Compete with his best friends, two of our treasures, Raffi Ahmad and Luna Maya) and the second is The Most Favourite Comedian. Surprisingly Olga Syahputra won those two categories. When The Most Favourite Music/Variety Show Presenter announced and Olga’s name was mentioned as the winner, he cried and Luna and Raffi who are this rival for this category, helped him to come to the stage to deliver the winning speech. The winning speech was so funny and all of the audiences are laugh when Olga talked including Indonesian vice president and his wife.

Another surprise came from The Most Favourite Actress category. Our beloved treasure Luna Maya, who was become the nominee for this category was beated by Shireen Sunkar. This is so riddiculus because a lot of people said that Luna Maya will win and Luna Maya deserve to win. Luna Maya who looked so gorgeous with the golden gown at that night was keep smiling and she did not show the disappointed face because of her lost.

Some of Olga’s and Luna’s shows were also win in some categories like Luna’s show Extravaganza won as The Most Favourite Comedy Show and Olga’s show Gong show also won as The Most Favourite Quiz/Game Show.

This year annual night was more spectacular and more prepared well than the previous year. The stage was dominated with purple colour and it was designed so Indonesian with showing the beautiful scenery of some places in Indonesia trough the big screen.

Olga's First Single Had Been Released!!

I am very sure that all of you who live in Indonesia know about those words. Yes! Those are little bit lyrics from Olga Syahputra’s first single, Hantu – Hancur Hatiku (My Heart Is Broken) that had been shown for the first time a week ago, 24th March at Dahsyat music chart first anniversary.


This funny song is composed and arranged by the vocalist of Indonesian Malay band, Charly ST12. This song is sound so fancy and interesting because from the beginning until the end of the song, the lyrics is just about the words Hancur Hatiku itself, no other lyric! From the interesting lyrics and music until the style of Olga that can make every people can laugh together when look at him, This single is can be mentioned as one of the spectacular single this month because this single is released when Olga Syahputra is in his top popularity.


Beside Charly ST12 who arrange and compose this song, Olga’s friends in Dahsyat – Luna Maya and Raffi Ahmaed – also help him to be the backing vocal in this song. The recording process actually is not so long, but Raffi Ahmad has to do difficult process because he is organized in the different recording label with Olga, so he must ask for a permit from his label to make him able to become Olga’s backing vocal. Finally three of them can record their voice together guided by Charly. The video clip, Olga also ask Luna, Raffi, Charly and Bertrand Antolind to be the star. The clip itself was shot in the middle of the farm and with the natural scenery.


Well Olga.. we all hope that with this single, you can increase the other choice for Indonesian people to listen. Good luck Olga.. ^_^
