The First Anniversary of Dahsyat

Dahsyat, the number one music chart in Indonesia that is shown in RCTI, celebrated its first anniversary few days ago at Tuesday, March 24^th. The anniversary was shown live in RCTI for six hours. It started at 8 AM and had a break at 11 AM, after that, it started again at 1 PM and finished at 3 PM. The big celebration was so fun and spectacular. The celebration was held in different places. The places were in studio 1 and studio 6 RCTI, and also the outdoor main court of RCTI. The celebration also was presented seven radios and seven online media.

As we know that three of our treasures, Luna Maya, Olga Syahputra and Raffi Ahmad are the hosts of this phenomenal show. Beside them, there was also the previous host of Dahsyat and also the co.hosts or additional hosts that replace the main host if they can’t host the show. For your info, when the first time Dahsyat was shown in RCTI a year ago, the hosts was Choky Sitohang and Darius Sinathrya, but unfortunately only Choky Sitohang who came and Darius Sinathrya didn’t come at that day. Beside Choky Sitohang, the co.host who came were Okky Lukman, Putri Titian, Bedu, Ade Namnung and Kiki M. Rizky.

Besides the spectacular celebration and spectacular hosts, the guest star was also very spectacular. There were 50 musicians, bands and singers were performed in Dahsyat first anniversary celebration. The musician performed regularly in that six hours. The guests stars were performed their best performances such as MAIA, ST12, Soul ID ft. Andien, Nindy, Mulan Jameela, BBB and others. In the middle of the show, when the “kring-kring” Dahsyat segmen, Krisdayanti (one of Indonesian diva) was called by Dahsyat because they have the same birthday. In that phone call, KD teased Maia when she was performed head to head with Mulan Jameela (Maia’s former groupmate in Ratu) in the morning.

In that celebration also Olga Syahputra launched his first single titled Hantu – Hancur Hatiku (My Heart Is Broken), the song that composed by Charly ST12 and Olga helped by Luna Maya and Raffi Ahmad as his backing vocal. (The article about this will be explain in the next post).

Well, with the increasing of Dahsyat’s age, we all hope that Dahsyat can be more exist, more entertaining and more spectacular than before with the spectacular hosts and loyal viewers also. Congratulation Dahsyat…. ^_^
